How soon can I start?

How long does the checklist last?
This checklist has 12 weeks of recommendations that are intended to build on one-another. While the guide itself is 90 days long, we do highly encourage prepping for conception for at least 3 months, but ideally 6-12 months.
Is there any live support?
The 90 Day Checklist is on-demand self study resource. If you'd like personalized guidance, we highly recommend reaching out to us to learn about our 1:1 program.
Is this program only for women?
Nope! While the guide is geared towards women, men can take it too! In fact, we encourage couples to work on fertility together! It takes two after all :) A lot of the same principles apply to men to balance hormones because we all have the same basic needs. There are some recs specific to women, like suggestions for cycle tracking, so keep that in mind :)
What is your refund policy?
